Trausim is a company providing full range dental implantology solutions to customers worldwide. Our product portfolio includes dental implant systems, digital restorations (CAD/CAM prosthetics), and regenerative biomaterials. Established in 2010, Jiangsu Trausim Medical Instrument is headquartered in Changzhou, Jiangsu, China, about 175 kilometers from Shanghai. With a production area of more than 12,000 square meters and over 350 employees, Trausim has become a pioneering brand in China’s dental implant industry.
Trausim is equipped with cutting edge production equipment from Japan, Switzerland, and the United States. Through ERP and MES systems, we have built a highly automated production process. Trausim is committed to supporting dentists and patients with missing teeth through continuous production development and market expansion, providing comprehensive high value consumable solutions for dental implant surgery. At present, the factory has established industry cooperation with nearly 100 top tier hospitals and research institutions in China. Trausim holds 14 invention patents, 83 utility model patents, 97 authorized patents, 11 Class III medical device registration certificates, 7 Class II medical device registration certificates, and 51 Class I medical device filing certificates, far exceeding the industry average.

This is Trausim’s machining and turning center. The CNC lathes used by Trausim are imported from leading brands including Japan’s Citizen and Switzerland’s Tornos.

This area is dedicated to Trausim’s digital product solutions. We provide one stop digital product services for customers and clinics, supported by professional digital technicians and advanced milling equipment.
Quality Control & Laboratory
Micron-level inspection and physical testing
Physics Lab
The physical laboratory is used to test implant material hardness, drill cutting performance, and other related properties.
Testing Center for Implants and Prosthetic Components
This testing room is used for the inspection of dental implants and implant prosthetic components.
Video Measuring Machine
An imported composite image measuring system with micron level precision is used to inspect the critical dimensions of implant products through a combination of optical and physical measurement methods, ensuring compliance with drawing requirements.
Optical Measuring System
This system performs 360 degree automatic rotation for all round quality control. With micron level inspection accuracy, it precisely controls every dimension and detail. Its automated measurement process also helps maintain high inspection efficiency, giving customers greater confidence in product quality and service.
Profile Projector
A 20 times magnification projector is used to quickly compare outer contour dimensions and determine whether the product profile meets
Flash Measuring Machine
This system supports fast batch measurement during mass production, meeting rapid inspection needs and helping ensure consistent product quality.

From German raw materials to final sterilization
Raw Material Area
The raw material area stores materials sourced from Germany’s ZAPP Group.
Cleaning Zone
This area is the cleaning zone. Customized, automated, and diversified cleaning equipment, including ultrasonic cleaning, high pressure cleaning, and steam cleaning, helps ensure reliable and stable product quality.
Sand Blasting Station
This is the large grit sand blasting area for surface treatment. Customized automated sand blasting equipment greatly improves production efficiency.
Etching Line
This is the acid etching area for surface treatment. With a sterile operating environment and a customized production line, this area helps ensure the quality and consistency of implant surface treatment technology.
Anodization Line
The anodization area is used to create color differentiation and marking for dental implants and prosthetic components.
Final Cleaning Zone
This is the final cleaning area. All purified water is produced and filtered by the factory itself, ensuring reliable, stable, and traceable cleaning water quality.
Packaging & Sample Retention
Sterile packing and microbiological control
Inner & Outside Packing Zone
This area includes the sterile inner packaging room and the fully automated outer packaging line.
Microbiology Lab & Sample Room
This area includes the microbiological testing room and product sample retention area. Products from every production batch undergo microbiological testing and sample retention in strict compliance with the ISO 13485 international quality management system.
Biomaterial Zone & Lab
This biomaterial laboratory is used for the production and testing of bone graft materials and barrier membranes.
